The apartment at Casa Maria was cozy and comfortable, with a nice tile floor and a spacious seating area. The fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine was perfect for making my morning brew. I enjoyed relaxing on the sofa while watching the satellite flat-screen TV. Having ironing facilities and a desk in the unit made it convenient for both work and leisure activities.

Personally, I found that having a tile/marble floor in the apartment made it a bit chilly, but others might find it refreshing.

The apartment was fairly clean and located near a very nice beach, several good seafood restaurants around the corner and the sea. It had comfortable bedroom with hypo-allergenic pillows. There was a bath in the private bathroom.

Couldn't ask for better hosts, German family very helpful with any issues. Location is unbeatable, right in the old town and close to the ocean. Fantastic views and atmosphere, worth the visit.

The general areas were well-maintained and clean, and there were plenty of comfortable lounges and seating areas for senior people to relax and socialize. The hotel's accessibility was also impressive, with ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy for us seniors to navigate.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially when it came to carrying my luggage up the stairs. The children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and could have been more attentive to the needs of us seniors.

I stayed in a budget hotel in the old part of the city, close to the ocean. The location was perfect, as I could easily walk to the center of Puerto de la Cruz and enjoy the seaside. The room was comfortable and had all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. I especially liked the rooftop terrace, which offered fantastic views of El Teide. Additionally, being close to Loro Parque was a major advantage for me.

I must mention that finding parking nearby was quite challenging.

On some nights, the noise from the nearby sea waves disturbed our sleep, so make sure to bring earplugs. the water boiler didn't always provide enough hot water for two people, and the WiFi signal was occasionally weak.
